This release introduces custom storage location support using the Storage Access Framework and allows users to more easily access the Wear OS companion application by triggering the installation from the Android app.

The Storage Access Framework grants users finer controls on data storage; allowing simplified selection of locations such as cloud, external storage etc. to more easily be exposed to apps.

- Adds support to allow the user to customise the note storage location using the Storage Access Framework; supports any storage location supported by SAF.
- Adds support for periodic backups to a separate backup location (SAF based).
- Adds support to allow Transcribable to request an exception to battery optimisations.
- Adds a menu entry for the Wear OS companion app which when triggered from the Android app prompts the users to install the companion app from the Play Store.
